OtelRezervasyon.app: bringing hotels, agencies and resellers onto one platform

The problem

For an agency, collecting prices and availability from each hotel one by one, tracking bookings separately and calculating commissions by hand is a serious waste of time. What was needed was a shared system where hotels, agencies and accounting see the same information at the same time.

The solution

• We built hotel search by city, dates and guests, with instant booking confirmation for travellers.
• We designed five separate roles and permissions: admin, operations, accounting, agency and hotel user.
• We developed a hotel panel (extranet) where hotels view and approve their bookings and track their accounts and invoices.
• We added an agency panel where agencies search hotels, create bookings and track their commissions.
• We set up an accounting module that manages payments, accounts, invoices and commissions.
• We automated the generation of booking documents as PDFs and their delivery by email.
